In heating system, the abnormal vibration of pipes often leads to fatigue damage and noise. Strong vibration often causes pipeline leakage, rupture, and sometimes results in fire, explosion or other accidents. These accidents will seriously pollute the work environment, and even cause the loss of human life. In this paper, the reason of pipeline vibration about a project is analyzed by numerical calculation and reasonable improvements are presented.Firstly, a FEM model about piping system of relay pumping station is established with software ANSYS, and the effects under different loads are calculated. Secondly,the structure's low natural frequency and mode shapes are obtained by model analysis, then the reason of vibration is identified. By imposing constraints on the appropriate locations of the pipeline, the natural frequency of the structure is changed, and the vibration of the piping system will be reduced. At last, by using harmonic analysis to simulate different work conditions of the structure and comparing the dynamic response, the reasonable pumping condition is selected.
