The structure resistance of the high-pile wharf in marine environment will decline due to the environment and the structure itself as well as the wharf is destroyed severely, which brings about that it can not exploit its advantages to the full. The thesis supplies the method for making decision of structure strengthening by the analysis of reliability of the high-pile wharf and prediction of the remaining service life.The reliability analysis and the prediction of remaining service life for the high-pile wharf can supply the theory of decision on structure strengthening. The static values of reliability index of surface slab, longitudinal beam, cross beam, pile of the main elements for the high-pile wharf are calculated and analyzed with JC method according to The unified standards of reliability design of harbor engineering,including all kinds of reliability index with different safety classes ,different loads combination at brittle failure and ductile failure as well as the structure is expressed with basic random variables and comprehensive random variables .The analysis conclusions show the same results as the standards in our country. Additionally, the time-dependent reliability index of the same elements of the high-pile wharf are calculated and analyzed, compared with the statistic reliability index. What's more, the remaining life of the existing long-pile wharf is predicted on the dynamic reliability. The conclusions show that dynamic reliability can reflect to the reliability more precisely and the factors such as deterioration of structural concrete and chloride corrosion result in the structure resistance decreases with time ,which leads to the dynamic stability is inferior to the statistic reliability .Subsequently, because a large number of existing high-pile wharf need to be strengthened at present ,the reliability of the main elements of the existing structure is assessed on the basic theory of the fuzzy mathematics ,which establish assessed system and supply the supports of the decision considering the structure strengthened .
