This dissertation mainly introduces the influence on vibration of bearing cage in hybrid ceramic ball bearing, the different material properties to steel bearing, the development and current research statues of static model, quasi-static model and dynamic model are also described. Refer to the theory of Meeks and the geometric dimensioning of the objective bearing which we choose, the dynamic equation is made for it. Depend on the static and quasi-static research in our laboratory ago, now make touch in dynamic research, in order to find the influence on vibration of bearing cage under different geometric parameter and working condition.Take 6312 for example, set up the geometric model in ABAQUS first, because of the huge cost in simulative calculation, rational simplification is very important, partition the whole model in to contain both rigid body and flexible body, adjust the property of mesh, to reduce the cost as much as possible. Then analysis various stress of the rolling bearing to make the dynamic equation, for checking the calculate results of the Finite Element Analysis (FEA), as the standard for dynamic calculation, Hertz contact theory is the standard in static calculation. After we have confirmed the correctness of FEA, then research the change of ratio about pocket clearance and guide clearance in influencing the vibration of bearing cage, meanwhile pay attention to the other key factors just like radial internal clearance, radial load, rotate speed and so on. The results indicate that, guide clearance plays a more important part than pocket clearance in this research, and the rational range is relatively small. The radial internal clearance makes negative impact of the cage vibration, but a tiny clearance can reduce the value of DB. Too large and too small radial load both make the cage running by random vibration, but it does not has a significant impact . Higher running speed makes cage steadier, of course, within the limit range.
