As a new energy technology, solar water heating system has been used in China widely. Many scholars and research institutes have got down to solar water heating system in industry field in the severe energy situation because of high energy consumption. However, the methods of research mainly adopt experimental research and numerical simulation. The difficulty of experimental research and numerical simulation has become larger with higher and higher system requirements.This paper adopted the research method of dynamic simulation to solar water heating system. Combined with the characteristics of the hot water in industry, we came up with the strategies of differential temperature control, constant temperature control, constant water level control and lowest water level production by theoretical analysis and establishing equipments' dynamic model. Meanwhile, we set up the simulation model between equipments and system by using SIMULINK dynamic simulation and investigated the main influential factors of system operation by simulating dynamic characteristics of system operation.The simulation results showed: the system could meet the demand of water at the end of water supply by using double cistern system of preheating water tank and heating water tank and constant temperature and constant water level control; the system operating stability and anti-jamming capability became stronger with the larger volume of preheating water tank; the system operation's safety and stability became poorer with larger flow at the end of water supply; the time of system stability could be cut down by decreasing the setting temperature of preheating water tank; the system filling water flow had a big impact on the time of system stability, the system could be more easily stabilized with higher filling water flow, but the water temperature of water tank could be decreased when the system was stabilized; The solar radiation intensity had a great impact on the time of system stability and a limited effect on the time of anarchistic system. This paper provided theory basis for further research on solar water heating system in industry field and the design and optimization of the system.Furthermore, the energy efficiency and thermal perfect degrees of the system were calculated and analyzed by exergy analysis method in this paper. The results indicated that both the largest parts of energy loss and exergy loss is solar energy collector.
