In the 21st century, many countries launch plans of space manned exploration and deep space sampling return. These activities make deep space return technology become one of the key orientations in space area. Considering the high entry velocity of deep space return, air-overload and high heat rate of reentry, this paper analyze the simulation result of different return ways, and get some conclusion useful for engineering project. It has an important worth of theory study and engineering application. This paper is written by the following parts:1. This paper building a dynamic model of certain space vehicle (SV) reentry time based on the air stress of SV reentering atmosphere.2. This paper initiating the idea of using prediction guidance for SV reentry. Firstly, SV reentry is divided in 5 phases according to the typical flying path of SV prediction guidance. This paper carefully studies the dynamics properties, analyzing the flying characteristic and guidance mission in each flying phase. Secondly, making the guidance design. Last, finally make the deep space reentry prediction guidance scheme.3. This paper mainly studies the specification of air-overload, high heat density and flight mission of different plan through the simulation of ballistic reentry and prediction guidance reentry. And make a comparison between the two reentry technologies with the consideration of real engineering project, and conclude the different application characteristics of each.This paper indicates a completed prediction guidance reentry scheme through simulation and analysis. It shows the advantages and disadvantages of the ballistic reentry and prediction guidance reentry technologies by carrying out the flying performance simulation and project application analysis. It could have a high guidance to the project of deep space reentry area.
