| The shipbuilding industry, which relates to the national defense construction and the national economy construction, is an important mainstay industry of our country. In recent two years, Chinese shipbuilding output takes the first place of the world, and China success in becoming the largest shipbuilding country. But our shipbuilding enterprises have great difference with Korea and Japan in production management, such as production planning, duration controlling, and production scheduling, etc. Lack of information feedback, the production plan cannot intuitively reflect the production schedule changes; the distribution of materials, equipment and workers is difficult to optimize; low management level of production dispatching; poor production efficiency and problems of controlling the construction cycle are seriously hinder Chinese shipbuilders to improve their productivity and management level and become the most powerful shipbuilding country.Virtual manufacturing is one of the most important auxiliary production technologies of digital shipbuilding system. Using the virtual simulation, the enterprises can consume noting actual resources, and simulate the whole process of ship construction, so to predict the rationality and validity of the production plan, to improve production management capability, to promote the innovation of process and technology, and to help the manager to make forward-looking decision and optimize scheduling implementation plan. This paper took a shipbuilding enterprise in Shanghai as the simulation object based on DELMIA software system, and carried out some concrete research work as below:1. Through the research of discrete production system and simulation system, based on the experience of current process simulation and production line simulation, and took the whole area of the enterprise into consider, the author put forward the modeling method of production plan to make the 3D process simulation of shipyard production. The method suppose that to build the process tree derivation should take the intermediate product as the core object, place the big node plans as the top, and distribute kinds of intermediate products layer by layer down.2. The author did inspect the production field about the layout of the factory including areas, workshops and equipment, also, the author did some research in the process of the shipbuilding, the arrangement of the production plan, and the equipment's move when they are processing. Finally the author had modeled all the factory's 3D model using DELMIA, and did research in some key technique of the modeling, including the method of fast-model and the way to optimize the model.3. Depends on the tree derivation of the production plan, the author raised a new method of plan modeling and used it to model the production plan and the manufacturing process, than simulated the detail movements of the products and resources during the process, and finally made some recordings of them. And to improve the effect of these simulations, the author had raised some methods.4. Explained the promoting function that 3D simulation of shipyard production could stimulate the plan-making and layout-optimizing progress, and put forward the prospect of digital shipyard.This paper carried out researches and explorations about the feasibility and validity of 3D simulation of shipyard production based on DELMIA software system, and fully proved the effectiveness that system simulation technology could take of stimulating the shipbuilding. |
