| The traditional vehicle cooling system have many disadvantage result for it's water pump adopting mechanical energy as power source. Instead of independent pump ECU is becoming a new trend. Therefore, by its intrinsic preponderance, brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has became the first choose of electric vehicle as the power source. In this issue the BLDCM water pump which was adopted by sensorless control method was taken as control object, and we has designed BLDCM controller which based on STM32 microprocessor.The paper firstly introduced BLDCM controller's history and developing trend. Then through describing and analysis control principle of BLDCM,the B-EMF method and same control strategies, we assure BLDCM controller's functional needs, and get whole design plan of BLDCM driver controller based on dual closed loop control system which was adopt Back-EMF measurement technique in this paper. We applied Altium.Designer software to complicate STM32 control drive's hardware design. Moreover, the program that I designed achieved initialization of system and main control program. We have achieved three stages startup in the opened loop control condition, and it can accurately turn to the closed loop control module. It has made speed closed loop and electronic cycle's PID algorithm coming true and kept engine running smoothly. Finally we achieved speed control function thorough CAN communication module.At present, this controller has already accomplished a test for Dongfeng Automobile technology research and development center. The test has proved that this controller can work steadily. |
