| The wood building is widely distributed in southwest, northwest and north China, and most of them have built more than 30 years. The timber frame encounters the varying degrees of damage, and the component existence crack, destroyed by insects, the distortion and so on, which causes component's intensity to reduce greatly, endangers the safety of the normal use of residential and resilience. For enhancing the safety performance of them, it's urgently needed make the service transformation, and develop suitable reinforcement technology. Currently, the studies on the reinforcement technology of village wooden structure have carried out less,and the technology for reinforcement of rural wood is relatively scarce. Therefore, the paper focus on the reinforcement of structural elements of wood.Based on the surveys of rural wood frame building, the article has carried on the summary through the literature search to the existing wood construction reinforcement method. With the reinforcement material's performance and economy, the study selected inlays makes up - fills the rubber, BFRP, GFRP, the flat steel and eight-iron wire to reinforce timber component. And make series of tests on the bond performance, wooden pillars and wooden beams, systematically studied the effect of the reinforcement method and the strengthening mechanism. The experimentation's results show that, the BFRP reinforcement damage wooden pole has the good effect; Eight-iron wire bands, the flat steel hoop are suitable in the wooden pole pillar meet and mend the service; The breast glue BFRP and attaches the flat steel to reinforce the old wooden beam to be able to sharpen the anti-curved bearing capacity effectively.Based on the experimental study result, and refer to the relevant standards, this article proposed the villages and small towns housing wood construction component reinforces structure measure and construction technology, to provide a reference for engineering applications. |
