Coal is still the primary energy in our country, as the main source of energy, coal is often used by burning. Coal combustion produces a lot of CO2, to the environment, the CO2 effect has caused the world's attention. Because the CO2 generated the greenhouse effect, it has begun to affect the human life, even endanger the human life, so to realize the sustainable development path is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Power plant is still an important source of CO2 production, in order to advance the more economic recycling of CO2, O2/CO2 mixed burning has very an important practical significance for the new burning technology development.Aiming at the characteristics of O2/CO2 combustion, in the design of O2/CO2 Dc burner, tested the aerodynamic field and concentration field on the cold scaffolding. Structural of burner design includes the burner commencement, air circulation mode area, the vent size, guide plate size and circulation piping length and so on. Test of the velocity field measurements within a certain area outside of the burner, mainly of the first and second air mixing degree of distance and undermine each other. According to the size of the measuring speed outside the burner and the analysis of change, increasing guide plate farward, causes part of the first and second wind gas mixture mixing, which will make the local pulverized coal burning in advance, and enhance the fire stability.This paper also carried out the concentration field for burner, mainly to measure the diffusion situation of secondary air oxygen in first wind, observe that if the oxygen can supply the complete combustion of pulverized coal which spread to secondary air, aiming at increasing the combustion efficiency. The results show that, after adding guide plate, it causes part of oxygen mixed the coal in advance under high temperature and burning in advance.The paper results show, O2/CO2 Dc burner's wind organization and the combustion performance is very good. After adding guide plate which causes part of the oxygen can mix in advance and burning with pulverized coal at high-temperature zone. Segregation of oxygen makes the stability of the furnace fire, which suppresses the formation pollution gas well at the same time. |
