Topology optimization is to seek optimal material distribution in a given design space. It's is a very effective structural optimization method. In the conceptual design phase, it helps designers to choose the appropriate initial topology. It is the most vital research direction in the field of structure optimization. From an economic perspective, it has gradually become the research hotspot because of its low design cost and high developing efficiency. But its model description is very complex and difficult to realize the algorithm, so it makes the research still be at the stage of exploration, particularly for solving big engineering problems. Therefore, seeking higher efficient and accurate algorithm has become the very urgent needs for research in the field of topology optimization.This paper analyzed the research status of topology optimization, and studied the model building, solving and numerical filtering method. In addition, the actual application is also discussed. This paper proposed NTOC method, which accelerates the convergence speed and raises the solution performance. Meanwhile, in allusion to the complexity of the reality, it is also applied in multi-condition topology optimization problems.Firstly, this paper realized the topology optimization processes based on NTOC. On the basis of the classical SIMP model, this paper constructed the mathematical solution model of continuum stiffness optimization problem, which was realized through Matlab programs. The results show that this method can effectively accelerate the convergence, improve the solution quality and optimization efficiency.Secondly, in the view of common numerical instability phenomena of topology optimization, this paper put forward the adjacent unit sensitivity filtering method, referencing the filtering method, and eliminates the checkerboard numerical instability phenomena effectively. It improved the processing and manufacturing performance.Thirdly, this paper developed the NTOC topology optimization system using GUI toolbox in the Matlab software, and had built a visualized debugging platform. It realized the variable parameter input through interface, and improved the convenience by outputting the topology structure and compliance curve. At the same time, the algorithm module and model library can be extended, which can lay a foundation for the future research.Finally, this paper demonstrated the superiority of NTOC method through application examples, and calculated them in NTOC topology optimization system in comparison.
