Research On Tower Crane Erection And Foundational Scheme

Firstly, This paper briefly introduces the related situation about the construction project of East coast home and the design of the associated main construction organization ,which program the author participated in.As transportation played a very important part of the construction project, the author points the introduction of tower crane (introduction about tower, the development history and the related safety and operation technology procedures), then researches on the programs of tower crane design and foundation construction in the second phase of northern 32 high-rise residential based of East coast home.For the special geographical position of the building 16 and building 17,the author has a specific study on these tower cranes.The situation of building 16 and 17 areas is complicated. Northern two buildings was the construction unit site office and warehouse, besides that, two red box-type stations have been built between tow buildings ,size is 10 meters by 4.5 meters. What's more, public buildings and commercial B have been built of eastern tow buildings, only 9 meters from the nearest side. And now, the two red box-type stations, public buildings and commercial B have been put into service, more people and security issues are more prominent. By analyzing the cost, schedule, quality, safety, and engineering technology, a reasonable tower crane erection scheme is acquired.Beginning from the analysis of geological condition of construction site. The East coast home project is located in binhai new area, where is very different from the city project geological conditions. Binhai new area in the coastal area, ground than tianjin city send some endurance. After the field survey and ascertain the related soil distribution ,mean while, bearing capacity of foundation soil condition, in view of the actual situation, it proposed a scheme after calculations. When detailed analyzing the scheme, the author finds out some problems and figures out a practical new scheme.Through the erection schemes and foundation for installing and the analysis of the construction scheme, it reasonably solved specific problems, to eliminate the safety accidents.
