Along with the rapid development of transportation business, for existing transportation infrastructure construction demand is higher and higher.Evaluation of existing structures is critical for an efficient management of transportation.Facilities, especially bridges.Knowledge of actual load effects and structure resistance can be very helpful for the determination of the load carrying capacity and condition of structures. However, at present, the dynamic load of most studies is simplified more than single point concentrated force loads by numerical analysis, and different from the actual conditions of the vehicle-bridge interaction. Therefore, it is necessary to establish more realistic vehicles and bridge model to study the dynamic characteristics of bridges under the dynamic load, ensure the safety of the structure performance and carrying capacity, and further reduce bridge maintenance cost, bring good economic value. In this paper, a simulated car of Dongfeng EQ3166, using LS-DYNA program to establish the vehicle's three-dimensional refined finite element model and validated the effectiveness of the vehicle model. More sophisticated suspension systems and wheels models were developed using LS-DYNA. The advanced features of multi point constraint(MPCs) and contact algorithm made it suitable in analysis of vehicle–bridge interaction. The advanced features of the truck model included the wheel rotation and internal pressure in tires.Based on the ministerial 30mT-section simply supported beam bridge for the entity, established the three-dimensional finite element model of the bridge. Analysis of the simply supported beam bridge mode, dynamic characteristics and static load.Using the LS-DYNA program to analyze the dynamic response of simply supported beam bridge under moving vehicle loads and solving the dynamic characteristics of the different location (the three load cases). To study the different parameters of the dynamic response of simply supported beam bridge effect, by changing the natural frequency of the vehicle, increasing the damping bridge structure and using the LS-DYNA established deck irregularity model to analyze the response of simply supported beam bridge. Further summary and analysis the Dynamic Amplification Factor of the simply supported beam bridge under the influence factors.
