With the wind turbine technology continuously to improve and the wind turbines'capacity increasing in recent years,there are two important problems to solve.One ismade the wind turbine more stable operation above the rated speed,the other is toreduce the wind turbine load.Based on the current progress in wind turbinetechnology,using the individual pitch control technology is an effective way to solvethese problems.Based on the analysis of the wind turbine on the basis of the relevant works andwind turbine pitch control technology,this paper established a model of the windturbine,and then designed a kind of independent fuzzy pitch controller and loadcontroller based on fuzzy control theory.On the basis of the modeling, this paper simulate the system and the role of thefuzzy controller form different angles using Matlab software.The resulte shows that inthe rated wind speed near or mutations circumstances,system output power can besmoothly to remain in power rating nearby,the independent pitch control system andload controller can effectively reduce the system load.
