With the extension of highway construction to the mountain area, the scale of mountain highway construction project, geological complexity and technical difficulty are included unprecedented, subgrade excavation slope stability and safety has become increasingly attention currently. It is often appear the safety factor K meet the technical requirements but the slope is instability and the safety factor K less than 1 while the slope keep stability after in the conventional method for evaluating the stability of the slope. With the continuous deeply of awareness and the continuous mature of research methods, the problem of slope stability analysis has made some encouraging achievements.In this paper, the slope of wang liang highway K46 +670 ~ +900 road as the example, conducted a factor analysis of slope stability, stability, reliability evaluation, numerical stability analysis and simulation support design. The purpose of this study is to structural reliability analysis method is used on mountain highway safety and reliability of high slope stability analysis based on the latest developments in computational mechanics, combined with multi-dimensional numerical analysis, further evaluate the accuracy of the high slope safety reliability. High probability of failure, there is potential instability of the high slope reinforcing technical measures proposed to avoid the landslide slope excavation, collapse and other geological hazards, slope excavation and construction to ensure high safety and operational road was open to traffic safety, and to ensure that the construction period from the slope of geological disasters and save the project investments.To this end, according to engineering geology, slope stability to determine the greatest impact on the cohesion and friction angles as random variables, test statistics of its distribution and its mean value and coefficient of variation, based on limit equilibrium analysis, after the first excavation of the reliability of slope, and using a variety of methods, such as JC method, checking point method, finite element method and the comparative analysis of particle swarm method, knowing the pros and cons of each method, the reliability index and failure probability obtained, slope stability analysis. Although the safety factor is more than 1, the failure probability has more than 30%, so the support to carry out slope stability is to dig next.Meanwhile, to reveal the slope reinforcement before and after deformation mechanism, failure mode analysis using numerical simulation FLAC3D, slope excavation and support of the numerical simulation and stress analysis and reliability analysis results are consistent with the conclusions, slope protection must be carried out to ensure the smooth progress of the next excavation also revealed prestressed anchor cable the advantages and feasibility, which reveals the risk of highway slope instability and long-term stability of the more comprehensive. Finally, given the optimal design and governance programs of the slope according to the combination of all analytical results.
