| Load simulation system is an important equipment in hardware-in-loop simulation which is used to simulate the aerodynamic loads acting on aircraft rudder.In the load simulation system, because the connector of the load motor and the load bearing motor is coaxial, so the turning of load bearing motor brings surplus torque which influences the load accuracy to torque load bearing system.In traditional load simulation system, the load motor is the single stator motor. In order to suppress surplus torque, we must know exact mathematical model of load simulation system, or use more complex suppression algorithm, which brings difficult to surplus torque suppression.To make the load simulation system have good tracking performance of torque, and suppress surplus torque simply and effectively, the paper designs the dual-stator motor as the load motor for load simulation system.The two stators of the motor respectively complete load torque and the suppression of surplus torque. The main load stator load system adopts open-loop control strategy and three-phase bipolar SPWM controller, which decides the switch status of the main load stator inverter , with the HALL position signal; Lag betwteen load bearing motor and load motor hysteresis control strategy is adopted by compensation stator to achieve the position synchronization movement of the two motors,that limits excessive torque.Transfer function of the main load stator load system is derived which uses a time stepping finite element analysis model coupled circuit field and movement used in analyzing permanent magnet brushless motor.The thesis builds MATLAB simulation model of main load stator load system.The outcome of torque which is from transfer function and MATLAB simulation model is consistent,which illustrates validity of the model.The thesis makes a detailed analysis of surplus torque which elicits lag hysteresis control strategy of the compensation stator. Finally, simulation model of load simulation system is established.The torque simulation results with disturbance and without disturbance are given, the results show that dual-stator motor which is applied to load simulation system can suppress the effect of surpus torque on good tracking system.The simulation results show that the scheme improves the dynamic performance of the loading system effectively and enables the tracking accuracy. The simulation model of load simulation system provides simulation platform and the dual-stator motor provides some new information for researching furtherly for load simulation system. |
