Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the industrial technology, permanent magnet synchronous motor is used more and more widely in the servo applications. However, in order to meet the needs of the servo occasions, the motor needs to run smooth under lower speed and the precison of the position control needs to be high. Therefore how to reduce the torque ripple becomes a focus. Under the circumstances, there is a deeply study in interior permanent magnet synchronous servo motor (IPMSM) by using finite element method.Firstly, because the different arrangements of permanent magnet will directly affect various performance of motor, this paper analyzes performances of different rotor structures according to the characteristic of the interior rotor structures.Then there are some analyses from a theoretical perspective that how the structure parameters influences on the performance of the IPMSM, especially torque ripple. The structure parameters discussed are the rotor eccentricity, pole embrace and slot width. This paper quantitatively analyzes the structure parameters under different pole and slot matching aims for minimizing the torque ripple.The circuit reactance is calculated by using finite element method and the influence of cross coupling is analyzed. The comparison of the maximum torque with different pole and slot matching is anaylzed under a certain capacity controller, and the optimal design is selected.Lastly, on the base of the theoretical analysis of the post-assembly magnetization, this paper discusses three post-assembly magnetization forms, such as one phase magnetization, two phase magnetization, and three phase magnetization. Besides, the post-assembly magnetization differences of the fractional slot/pole and integral slot/pole is analyzed.
