With the development of society,more and more super-long structures areappearing,and concrete crack caused by shrinkage deformation is the major problemfacing super-long structures.Based on upper background, a concrete mix proportion experiment is designedon the basis of studying mechanism of concrete shrinkage ,and it turns out that themost effective concrete mix proportion in controlling concrete drying shrinkage is theone with polypropylene fiber and UEA expansive agent.On the basis of experiment,ANSYS temperature module is used to solvingconcrete moisture field by replacing concrete temperature field parameters withconcrete moisture field parameters as a result of the similarity of moisture field andtemperature field.Aiming at the problem of concrete moisture field parameters not being able bedetermined by relative formulas, ANSYS optimization design module is used to doinverse calculation of concrete moisture diffusion parameters of K-3 group specimenand XP group specimen with the help of the measured shrinkage curve.After determining concrete moisture diffusion parameters of K-3 group specimenand XP group specimen,the actual structure of reinforced concrete wellhead groove ismodeled and solved by ANSYS to decide the effects of improving concrete mixproportion on controlling drying crack of wellhead groove. The results show thatimproving concrete mix proportion can help to inhibit drying crack of wellheadgroove.
