In recent years the city building rate has been fast ceaselessly, Shanghai, Dalian, Tianjin coastal city gradually to top even high-rise and underground development. The city is located in coastal, with soft soil or silt soil, due to soil stability leads to a building or structure is inclined or even collapse accident happens time and again, the soft soil component pullout problems have become increasingly prominent. spiral spray pile anchor can solve these problems. This paper aims to provide the exploratory analysis and research about the anchor application in soft soil.(1) Using the large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS to establish two-dimensional axisymmetric model, setting interface between spiral spray pile and soil, considering the effect which from initial soil stress and soil radius for anchor bolt, simulating the stressed mechanism in the process of pulling.(2) Analysing the Maximum limit pull-out force and the corresponding displacement between the new anchor adopts uniform section rotary jet grouting pile and ordinary anchor in soft soil. Point out the pull-out performance deficiencies of the ordinary anchor in soft soil and the advantage of the rotary jet grouting pile anchor.(3) It takes enlargement improvement on the bottom of constant section jet grouting pile, analyzing the advantages on the terms of anti-pulling force and deformation by comparing adopting anchor of belled jet grouting pile and constant section jet grouting pile, researching the influence of anti-pulling force caused by belled height.(4) It adopts data from field experiment to build three-dimensional finite element model for analyzing and concludes that the experimental value is slightly less than the finite element value by comparing the finite element analysis and the experimental result, for the field experiment may be influenced by many factors.The new-type anchor, research methods and thoughts present in this paper will have a certain promotion effect on follow-up study in this field.The new-type anchor, research methods and thoughts present in this paper will have a certain promotion effect on follow-up study in this field.
