Seepage in tunnel is the geological disaster widely occurring in underground work. Study on the groundwater seepage movement is conducted by using numercial model combined with physical model. The results of ACUNSF3D are verified by experiment data, and they agree well. The research work of the thesis is summarized as follows.(1) Based on fluid continuity law, the governing equation for groundwater seepage is derived.(2) Several typical seepage cases are simulated by the available seepage flow model ACUNSF3D to investigate the effects of the main parameters to seepage flow. The numerical results of different cases are compared with those from commonly- used program SoilPlus and ABAQUS to show the validity of the ACUNSF3D model.(3) Physical model experiment of seepage in tunnel is carried out to study the law of seepage and to verify the ACUNSF3D model.
