Research Of Dynamic Accelerated Model And Reliability Assessment Method Based On RET

In this paper, the accelerated model and assessment method based on RET are researched. The research of accelerated model is the important part of this paper. The fail date of RET is translated to data of normal stress circumstance through the accelerated model. On the condition of treating the translated date as the date of RGT, the reliability of product can be assessed through the method based on RGT, and then assessment method based on RET is researched. Though the study of assessment method based on RET and applying in the process of reliability growth management, we can trace and control the growth process of the reliability of product in the RET. The main contributions of this paper are summarized as follows:1. On the condition of the depth analysis of familiar accelerated model and growth model, the change process of the parameter of Arrhenius model is researched, though the combination of Duane growth model and Arrhenius accelerated model. The fail date of RET is translated to data of normal stress circumstance through the accelerated model. The methods of handling the possible problems in the process of date translation are given. The validities of the accelerated model and the method of date translation are checked across case.2. On the condition of treating the translated date of RET as the date of RGT, the reliability of product can be assessed through the method based on RGT. The assessment method of RET based on the AMSAA model for multiple items with asynchronous corrective action is introduced and the method of same type testing of multiple items is analyzed. The basic idea, the method of getting and assorting the message before testing and the method of making sure the distribution before testing of Bayes statistical method are discussed. The method of dynamic Bayesian evaluation for reliability growth based on timely corrective strategy is introduced.3. The need of reliability growth management based on RET is analyzed. Reliability growth management based on RET is researched though the accelerated model and the assessment method based on RET. In the specific study, the method of ascertaining parameters of planned growth curve and the basic process of drawing the planned growth curve based on the translated data are discussed. The difference between the test blue print of RET which on the purpose of assessing the reliability of product and which on the purpose of explode the flaw of product.All in all, this study provides a new way to research the accelerated model and the assessment method based on RET and a viable access to make growth of the reliability of product planned, purposed, quick.
