As lack of high acceleration ability, there are no kind of existing rail vehicles which can meet the requirement of a defense project. Based on combination of rail vehicle technology and electric vehicle technology, a high-speed electric rail vehicle system was designed. For high-speed rail vehicle performance validation, we need to build the corresponding real vehicle hardware platform. As the high cost of real vehicle platform, and real vehicle testing mechanical damage, collisions and other problems, may occur. In order to achieve model validation and system optimization, this paper build a multi-body dynamics model of high-speed rail vehicle for dynamic simulation which is based on ADAMS .In order to design a high-speed rail mobile carrier to meet the requirements of national defense project, comprehensive analysis of the various existing rail mobile platform were finished. After took acceleration, the project cost, ease of implementation of other aspects of performance into consideration, the existing rail mobile platform is proved can't meet the requirements of the project. Therefore, designing a high-acceleration capability, which meet the mobile environment and was low cost and simple structure become inevitable. The study found that the electric car, due to wheel power between the source and reduce the complexity of the traditional mechanical connection, and direct from the motor drive the wheels, so most of the electric car has good acceleration and deceleration capability. Based on this, combined with the driving electric cars and rail cars form the body structure, designed a four (two pairs of train wheels) guided, four (two pairs of rubber wheels) take the line of electric rail vehicle. The rail vehicle retain the traditional structure of the wheel, but only play the guiding role to ensure that the body can be driven on the trajectory. Meanwhile, the track vehilce installed two pairs of rubber tires as driving wheel. This design of high-speed rail vehicle used power-driven form. Therefore, the rail vehicle will have good acceleration ability as electric cars to meet the design requirements.In order to verify the dynamic performance of rail vehicle, initially set up the vehicle's hardware platform. Finally, The paper established a high-speed rail vehicle multi-body system dynamics model, realized simulation of the vehicle based on ADAMS environment. The simulation achieved the linear movement of the performance conditions. Through high-speed rail vehicle simulation analysis, verify the effectiveness of this system design.
