Deep Research Andapplication Of RTV Anti-pollution Coating

This article has accomplished research of performance of ice-coating of RTV anti-pollution coating, technology of on-line detection, as well as standard of application. By means of putting the result into practice, the applying ability of RTV anti-pollution coating is improved, with the purpose of safe and stable operation of power grid. Main contents are as followed:1,We have completed experiment of comparing performance of ice-coating of different kinds of RTV anti-pollution coating. Especially in the experiment of sleet protection, the ability of preventing sleet of RTV anti-pollution coating has been studied from two aspects (electric quality and mechanical quality).Through the experiment of performance of ice-coating, we can draw a conclusion that the effect of anti-pollution coating is not obvious.2,Taking power lines in tough circumstances for example to observe and study the compositive quality and adaptability. According to operation experience of a certain line, we have compiled some technical standard, such as: technical request of laying over RTV anti-pollution coating,technical request of operation and detection of RTV anti-pollution coating,management of RTV anti-pollution coating, which have been used to a large extent in Tianjin power grid.3,We have completed research of new ways to sample and detect hydrophobicity and equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD)of anti-pollution coating.In our research ,nastiness is brought to laboratory to be tested,and thus sampling and detection are seperated.Consequently, distributive sampling and intensive detection can be achieved,which result in improvement of efficiency and wide utilization in Tianjin power grid.4,New method of testing hydrophobicity of RTV anti-pollution coating-drooping detection has been created in our research.Combined with new tecnology of sampling, RTV anti-pollution coating can be sampled electrically and tested remotely.As a result,the objectivity and accuracy of test are both improved.5,Through the research of the relation of leakage current of RTV anti-pollution coating insulator and its electrical property and age limit,we have got a new idea to evaluate the life span of RTV anti-pollution coating,which can be reserved for condition-based maintenance of isolator in future.
