Steel-Concrete combined beam is widely applied in building structure because of thereasonable stress. Steel and concrete are combined by shear connectors which provide shear,so that steel can cooperate with concrete, the beam can fully play mechanic role of steel andconcrete ,and the mechanic performance of the beam may be more rational. It is practical forthe engineering to research the mechanics performance of the combined beam.According to the stress and strain distribution of steel and concrete in the section, thenonlinear analysis method has been advanced on the basis of the stress-strain curve equationof steel and concrete and relative slippage between steel and concrete. The computingprogramme has been programmed, which may be adopded to analyze the nonlinear parametersuch as the limit load of the beam, the deformation capacity and relative slippage. Thevertical loading experiments of 9 steel-concrete combined beam have been conducted withdifferent shear connection degree and different shear connector distance, from which thenonlinear parameters have been analyzed experimentally and compared with the theoryanalysis. From this, the design proposals have been suggested of the shear connection degreeand shear connector distance of the beam.
