Study On Energy Saving Design For High-rise Public Building In The Cold Zone

Today China is in a period of rapid economic development, and energy demand is increasing year by year. Great efforts of saving energy have become an important strategy for sustainable development. The total building energy consumption in the community plays a significant proportion. It seems to be particularly important building energy efficiency.In the context , this article is this situation to high-rise building design as a starting point of energy, combined with the climatic characteristics of northern cold regions, research on how to design a positive discussion and social practice theory of energy-saving high-rise building.Thesis is summarized as the following six parts:The first part, the main thesis describes the background, status, and the significance of the research, method. It has revealed the design of building energy conservation is a worldwide trend , is to protect our economy and society harmonious and orderly development of the important measures.The second part, the energy-saving designs combined with outstanding foreign cases, and give full consideration to our energy situation and policies and regulations on the northern cold regions design high-rise building energy analysis and a thorough preliminary discussion.The third part, for the cold climate areas, from planning and design aspects of high-rise building design approach, summed up the natural, ecological and harmonious development of energy-saving design ideas. The fourth part, for the cold climate areas, from single aspects of building energy-saving high-rise building design, summarized scientific, rigorous and effective strategy for energy conservation design principles.Part V, for the cold climate areas, analyzes the perspectives of non-construction high-rise building energy-saving materials and equipment in the development and application.Part VI, from high-rise buildings in cold areas proposed energy-saving design of the general line, from the management, market establishment, and many other aspects of social development, proposed a comprehensive energy conservation effort to promote the general line.
