| With the increase of demanding for lithium-ion battery, the production of lithium-ion battery is increasing. In the process of battery grading, the battery is discharged through a resistance. And the energy of the battery is dissipated in this method. In order to recycle this energy, an energy recovery system is designed to recover the energy that lost by the resistance. The recovered energy can be transmitted onto the grid.The production process of lithium-ion battery was introduced at the beginning of this paper. The necessity of energy recovery system and its development situation was also analyzed. This system adopted this structure of bi-directional DC/DC .With this structure less devices were used, and it can reduce the loss of energy through the synchronous rectifier in the situation of low voltage and large current. Each module was decrypted in this paper some schemes that can improve the reliability of the circuit were introduced.The methods of system coercion were introduced. And the controlling methods of PWM and phase shift were mentioned. The control method of current and voltage was decrypted in the process of charging and discharging.An energy recovery system based on no-connect to grid was proposed. This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantage of the system, then some solutions were given. |
