Servo actuator plays an important role in flight control, whose reliability is the premise and promise of a safe and sound flight. Thus it is of great significance to research on the comprehensive evaluation and the life prediction of servo actuator.The state of health of servo actuator is the comprehensive representation of all the factors. There is considerable deviation in system evaluation based on single factor, because of the relevance of multiple factors in the failure of servo actuator. Different from the static characteristics in the process of traditional health-status evaluation, this research has achieved the dynamic evaluation with membership function. After adaptability function of maximized membership is built, the adaptability of maximized membership is analyzed. When the maximized membership is not in the interval, weighted average is used to rational analyze the results.The state of health comprehensive evaluation of servo actuator is based on the resume of flight. In this research, after the initial parameters of servo actuator is set, principal component analysis is used to the built the mission profile of servo actuator, which is simplified by the cluster analysis. Furthermore, the servo actuator is also influenced by the environmental factors. In order to better depict the working condition of the system, the resume includes the mission profiles and the environment profiles. Also the health evaluation methods of servo actuator based on the resume is studied.The health evaluation system can predict the remaining life in different conditions. Based on the analysis of data degradation and the ideas about system health evaluation, with the process of recurring decrease, this research focused on the remaining life prediction by the complete and unconventional system health evaluation, which ensures the reliability in single failure performance and muliti-failure performance conditions.
