With the popularization of the electric wheelchairs and vehicles, it would extremely dangerous with less wheelchair training. According to this situation, this paper design a platform for virtual simulation system that could do wheelchair training and testing.First, this paper analysed the situation of the wheelchair working in actual environment. By the results, the platform should have the slope simulation devices and the resistance simulation devices that could simulate posture and resistance of the wheelchair, and the platform also should have the fixed device to fix the wheelchair on the platform. This paper designs the universal joint in the slope simulation devices by analysing the existing slope devices and the wheelchair posture, and designs the servo motor as the resistance simulation devices by analysing the existing resistance devices and the wheelchair resistance. Then designs the structure of the whole platform in detail to determine actual size of the parts and installation location. Creating the platform solid model by SOLIDWORKS.According the structure of the whole platform, establishs the solid model of the platform in the SOLIDWORKS. Doing virtual Prototype analysis of the platform by ADAMS. Getting the change rule of curve of the Slider position with the mesa rotation angle, and getting the change rule of curve of the connecting-rod force with the the mesa rotation angle, compares with the theoretical curve to verify the theoretical design. Verifing the platform interference situation through the ADAMS dynamic simulation. Then, gets the platform structure stress, deformation and modal frequency situation by ANSYS static analysis and modal analysis.Designing the platform control system and establishes the control process of the slope simulation devices and the resistance simulation, and also designed the platform control circuit and planed the control program.At last, verities the resistance simulation devices by experiments. Designing the hardware and software systems of the resistance simulation device, and verifies the correctness of the resistance simulator according to the experimental results. |
