| As our country's civil aviation industry booms, there is growing demand for aircrafts and airdrome's scale. However, since some city planning authorities lack the recognition of the importance of airdrome clearance obstacle protection, the amount is increasing of high rise buildings around the airdrome, the airdrome clearance protection is extremely serious, scheduled flight delays, cancelled, alternate and prevention of accident/incident happen occasionally. In order to determine whether chese buildings affected the flight safety, flight procedure designer need to evaluate the buildings. Obstacle clearance is a primary safety consideration in the development of instrument approach procedures.Traditional flight procedure design used the two-dimensional method of obstacle assessment and showed the models in a sand box,but that will lead to serious measurement errors, and a great deal of manpower, material resources consumption, restricting development of flight procedure to a certain extent. At the same time, because of the lack of visual platform ,there may be communication difficulties between flight procedure department and the local department and non-professional in practical work. From the actuality of Google Earth and its applications in obstacle assessment, the article introduces and analyzes the application of three-dimensional visualization techniques in obstacle assessment,Google Earth platform,KML language,three-dimensiaonal modeling thchnology, and put forward a method of virtual sandbox in obstacle assessment , then can solve the problems such as lack of a direct and clearly show means. The main work and innovation as follows:(1) The article discusses and researches the classification modeling technology of obstacle assessment in airdrome clearance, and its three-demensional model automatically generating in Google Earth platform.(2) Researches how to auto creat the Basic ILS Surfaces and Obstacle Assessment Surfaces which for precision approach on computer,re-development the Google Earth platform by VC++.(3) Application of 3D Visualization of Obstacle Assessment:Navigation station range shield assessment Techniques. |
