Study On Overall Planning Of Eco-agricultural Demonstration Zone In Baotou Binhe New District

China is a multiracial country, through modern agriculture zones have started late, new agriculture models were formed in recent years. However, the effect of modern agriculture zone in constructing and operating is not good. The reason of this phenomenon is the unscientific and unreasonable planning in the prior period, and it would have great influence in operation of modern agriculture zone.To find a reasonable and scientific planning of modern agriculture zone in Binhe district, the planning was carried out by on-the-spot investigation and theoretical analysis. The content of this paper include the following:Part 1: Introduction. To make a better understanding of modern agriculture zones and to lay a theoretical foundation for agricultural demonstration zone planning of Binhe new district, the main contents of purpose, significance and the present situation at home and abroad are introduced.Part 2: The general situation of Beihe new district. In the part, we summarized the natural environment, social economic conditions, plant resources, tourism resources, circumstance status and strengthening quality training of modern education so as to make a general cognition, also to lay a theoretical foundation for planning research of Binhe new district.Part 3: necessity and feasibility of construction. This paper discussed the modern agriculture development, ecotourism and leisure vacation, labor truism, and agricultural science and technology education so as to provide a way idea in system planning research.Part 4: planning principle and target. According to characteristics of economy, demonstration and education, and the planning principle of people-oriented, the planning was implemented with agricultural industry development as the basis, eco-environment construction as starting point, and modern education and science technology education as the objective.Part 5: Zoning planning.Part 6: Tourism development planning.Part 7: Industrial planning.Part 8: Organization management planning. We make systemic planning about site selection, zoning plan, tourism plan, industrial plan and organization management plan of the zone.
