Vibration screen is a kind of sieving machine, which has been developed quickly in recent twenty years. Vibration screen has been applied widely in many industries such as mining, metallurgy, petroleum, construction. With the development of China's modernization, higher and higher requirements are put toward Not only on varieties and specifications, and also on quality in this type of machine. The development and application of vibration screen with high reliability and high screening rates is urgent in current. Based on the cooperation and requirements, the important device design of wood-pellet fuel vibration sieve, is studied on. Main contents involving:(1)The screening process for the vibration sieve has been analyzed and obtains the sieve surface materials particles in different motions, finding out the factors of the sieve screening effect, which provides theoretical basis for the design and modeling of wood-pellet fuel vibration sieve.(2)The design of new architectures is proposed. Calculate main parameters of vibrating sieve, including kinematics parameters and process parameters according to theory and experience.(3)On the basis of wood-pellet fuel vibrating screen's working principle, have built the 3D model and engineering graphic of all the parts and assembly based on the environment of UG NX4.0.(4)Using finite element analysis technology, established a reasonable finite element model of the sieve box structure of wood-pellet fuel vibration sieve through the COSMOSxpress module from the COSMOS/works software. Static strength analysis have been done to get the stress distribution and deformation shapes of the key components of wood-pellet fuel vibration sieve.(5)Combining theory with practice, the author analyse the influence factors of the sieve screening effect by chooseing the important factors from the numerous influential factors studied before to make an orthogonal test, and gains the relationship between primary and secondary of these factors, also the optimum process parameters.
