| Based on the Solid Rocket Motor as the research background and the composite material on SRM case as the research object, the forming process of PBO fibre resin matrix composite on SRM case was researched, A sort of the process method of the filament winding was formed in this paper ;The main research contents are showed as follows:The basic properties of PBO fibre: tested the basic physical properties and the mechanics performance of PBO fibre ,such as line density , density, filament, dual-wire ect; analysed the appearance of PBO fibre.The surface treatment technique of PBO fibre: dealed with chemical coupling treament and irradiation treatment for PBO fibre, there is the most apparent effect on the interfacial property of PBO fiber and epoxy resin matrix and the interlaminate shear performance of composite material.The combine performance of PBO fibre and resin matrix: researched the formulation design for resin matrix ,studied mechanical properties and composite performance of PBO fibre and resin matrix ect.The winding technique of PBO fibre which used on case: researched the process of the wet filament winding ,made sure the winding tension, confirmed the reinforcement material and the reinforcement mode for winding ,draw the case entity ,tested the intension.All the researches were showed:the mechanical performance of PBO fibre was comparative to the nominal value through the surface analysis of the fibre and the experiment of mechanical performance. But the PBO fibre was less active, and more slippery in the surface than other fibres, the combine performance of PBO fibre and resin was significantly improved after radial irradiation surface treatment .low viscosity epoxy resin can meet the requirements for the filament winding process which made by PBO fibre, the toughness of resin matrix was significantly improved by modifying the curing agent.It was satified the case modeling's need which made by the PBO fibre through wet filament winding process of resin matrix which combines helix and ring winding .Through intension experimentation,it was showed that the vessel efficiency of the scale SRM case made by PBO fibre-reinforced composite was more excellent than made by T-700 carbon fibre ,which can reach 50km. |
