In more and more projects,post-pouring bands are setted in a raft foundation.This method is able to release the harmful effect caused by the difference in settlement in a considerable degree,meanwhile,it can meet the demands of using function. Although post-pouring bands can better solve the problem of uneven settlement, setting post-pouring bands offen seriously affect construction period, increase the difficulty in construction and even affect the use-function, and the standard of subsidence and the related provisions of post-pouring bands are not unified,no detailed and complete terms guiding the design and construction.The paper based on the geological conditions in Beijing region ,around the settlement of the skyscrapers with the setting problem of the post-pouring band this article opens the following research work.Firstly, this paper simply introduce condition of the settlement and post-pouring band. While experts and scholars domestic and overseas put forward the settlement of the structure of a comparative analysis of the calculating method is presented, applicable to super high-rise structure with hard rock foundation of settlement calculation method, and the application scope and value of related parameter to each calculation method also explained and defined.This paper described several Constitutive Models about foundation at home and abroad , simply summarized their principles and applicable conditions.Secondly,this article analyze settlement observation data of high-rise building in Beijing and come to the settlement characteristics of skyscrapers. When the foundation meet the bearing capacity,the total settlement differenties value between the main body and the skirt room are not too big, and the settlement post-cast zone both sides' distortion is continual; After the main body finished , the settlement tendency changes slow, and the settlement quantity for the total settlement one only a very small ratio.Again, through the analysis of dozens of engineering geological exploration of Beijing area, summarized the report of the geological characteristics and the elastic modulus value was also briefly discussed. Take a practical engineering for example, using different settlement calculation methods to calculate the settlement and the structure of a comparative analysis of the results obtained in the geological conditions to the settlement of skyscrapers structure calculation method. Apply ABAQUS finite lement program to simulate, understanding the stress.Finally, According to the actual geological conditions in Beijing,the article give the differential settlement of the main building and podium in three different venues appling ABAQUS in the different closing time of post-pouring band of the different layers. In the above analysis based on the results, this paper proposes that it may close post-pouring band in Beijing region and it can offer some reference for design and construction through the comprehensive analysis and practical engineering experiences.
