This paper is based on the wind turbine blade structure and mechanical properties, combined with the basic mechanical properties of composite materials and wind turbine blade loading transfer path, concludes the materials selection and layers design of the wind turbine blade structure design.Based on the theory of normal stress calculation of Thin-walled structure, it leads to the theory algorithms of calculating airfoil tensile stress and compression stress. Combined with calculating shear flow of closed rooms in profile, it compiles the engineering algorithm. Using the engineering algorithm, you can get a 800kw wind turbine blade structure design quickly and reasonably. Meanwhile, you can get blade the distribute of blade mass and stiffness, as well as the wind turbine blade structure design safety factor. According to finite element software, this paper creates two-dimensional FEM models, verifies the correctness of algorithm engineering. In addition, considering the importance of adhesive design in trailing edge, analysis the project measures of improving trailing edge adhesive design, you can get a reasonable and effective engineering method.Based on the FEM model of composite wind turbine blade, a novel process of loading- distributed force function loading was proposed. Flapwise concentrated force and edgewise concentrated force of blade sections were equaled to distributed force through blade spanwise, and concentration load through chord were also equaled to distributed force by considering the pressure distribution of airfoil. Both of the distributed force through blade spanwise and chord were applied on the outline of FEM model. Deflection strength and buckling of blade in aforementioned loadings were analysed and compared by FEM. After comparing with traditional multi-point constraint concentration loading, this novel loading way can make a better match of practical load-carrying capability in terms of structural property. It provided a novel way for structure designing and checking of blade.
