Based on similarity theory and dimension harmony theory, Test platform for leak diffuse and leak location forecasting is founded. The pilot model for gas leak diffuse is created, which multiple factors coupling (temperature, humidity, wind speed, leak rate) we need a predictive value of space dimension time series dimension of time to amend the forecast results.Specific methods of operation:The first step across the mouth of collecting gas parameters; the second step the use of tracer technology, the gas leakage and diffusion mechanism of quantitative research; the third step of data acquisition system through the line Monitoring and Acquisition model test area measuring point of each gas concentration, through trial and data analysis and integration, the final statistics of the gas in the limited space a number of factors affected the proliferation of rules.Due to the limits of test condition, we can only gather limited parameter, for the relation between the factors that affecting gas diffusion is intricate nonlinear relation. For this problem, we can apply neural net forecasting model to forecasting the concentration of other points. Based on the Matlab platform, the neural net forecasting model for the relation of concentration between leak, temperature, humidity and wind speed. The neural net continuously change the weights and topological structure to amend the output by training of experiment data of the sample.In engineering practice, computation fluid mechanics software CFD that is usually used to resolve problems about fluid and heat transfer, this paper adopts a fluent CFD software in the multi-factor coupling of gas conditions to simulate the leakage, the experiment geometric model of bench, then fluent gambit before its mesh processor, combined with test conditions given boundary conditions and initial values, simulation solution for different initial conditions of the gas diffusion law, come to different space point on the gas concentration distribution; the image of the objective performance of the diffusion of gas leak, which the effective implementation of emergency relief work will have great significance.
