Dynamic and fuel economic characteristics are two important evaluation indexes of the automobile performance,and the superiority and inferiority of the automobile performance has been constrainted by the parameters of driveline . Therefore,determining a reasonable parameters of the automobile driveline system is an important part of the vehicle design.Taking a heavy truck the dynamic and fuel economic characteristics improvement as the goal,around matching optimization analysis of powertrain system parameters,some researcheses as follows:1) The evaluation system of the traditional automobile dynamic and fuel economic performance were elaborated and analyzed,and a evaluation system of heavy truck was put forward.2) Taking heavy truck in the direction of the power transmission as core,we establish the simulation model of the heavy truck by using of GT-DRIVE,and then conducte a simulation analysis for it,the results consist with the experimental results,and verify the rationality of the model vehicle.3) Then a multiple objective optimization optimization model was built,which treats the heavy truck transmission stall speed ratio and final drive ratio as design variable,standing start acceleration time as dynamic target,the six-cycle-work fuel consumption as economic target,and the other dynamic and economy optimization model as constraints.4) Using modeFRONTIER(MF)software as a base platform,combined with GT_DRIVE software,the parameters of the transmission system were optimized by using of DOE experimental design and the multi-objective genetic optimization algorithm optimization strategies.After optimization,the dynamic and fuel economic characteristics of heavy truck are improved,it demonstrates that the proposed optimization model is credibly and reasonable,and the optimization of the matching method and the use of optimization strategy is effective,and it has some reference value in development of design the vehicle.
