Formely we used to use inductive loops to detect the traffic information.But that methold did't only damage the road, and its usage age is also not long.Beside that, the Pavement deformation also affect its accuracy.And we used to use such detection mode that only use single detection in vehicle distinguish.But that arithmetic can't get the result instantaneity, and the acurracy is poor.First, in this article, we build an intelligent Transportation Systerms. This System is based on such a magentic detecor which have two sensors. This System has many functions such as traffic information collection, (for example speed, traffic density, the share of trave time).And this system also can Statistics those traffic data .The system is composed by three layers of framwork.they are DAL, UI and BLL.Second the new mode have the mechanism that can adjust the Base vale automaticly.so its robustness is very perfect.It also can solve the problem that the Base value is uninvalid because the effect of the magnetic field around the detection. Even under such conditions that the threshold is failure.The systerm also can find out the real reasons according the data from the sensor.To address the problem that the datas will become distortion In the process of transmission.This is because the defect of the circuit itself and the influence come from the environment around.so,we use"Wavelet transformation"to solve the problem.According this methold, the noises have been departed from the Signal.So the accuracy of the Algorithm has been improved greatly.
