| With the rapid development of modern electric power industry and a variety of new power electronic devices and electrical equipment widely used in power system, the structure of electricity load produced significant changes, accidents caused by transient power quality problems are increasing, including voltage sags, voltage swells, short-term power interruption, etc. In this paper, discussing a kind of voltage sag generator based on auto-voltage regulator and full-controlled electronic AC switch, it is a power fault simulator which can simulate voltage sags, swells, harmonics and other power disturbances, etc.This article describes the development of voltage sag generator status and the advantages and disadvantages of various voltage sag generator, determined the direction of this study and completed the design of main circuit. Researched four-step commutation algorithm based on detection of load current to complete the exchange of electronic switch for flow control, and has confirmed the correctness and fast of the algorithm on the basis of simulation and experiment. Analyzed the reason of traditional IGBT drive chip M57962L not to be able to directly use in driving and protecting AC electronic switch, then designed a new type of driving and protection circuit based on M57962L and experiments prove the validity of the circuit.Describing the development process of DSP and its structure and characteristics, and synoptically explaining the CCS composition and application development environment. Based on TI Corporation TMS320F2808 chip for the control core hardware circuit system was designed, detailed analysis and describing the hardware system design of each module and each module designing method. Introduced the whole idea of software design, drawing the flow chart of software, has completed the relevant program compilation and the debugging.In order to verify the feasibility of system design, built a test device, and taking this equipment as the platform has realized the control of voltage sag, voltage rise, short duration voltage interruption, and specific harmonic generation. Experimental results show the correctness and effectiveness of this strategy. |
