With the continuous development of the Power market, a growing number of scholars at home and abroad to conduct research and domestic research in this area has just started, not yet formed relatively complete and mature theories. In this paper, under the reactive power market cost of reactive power pricing issues a preliminary analysis and research.The main tasks in this paper include:First, making a more comprehensive review and summary of the domestic Power market research for progressing the price of reactive power, basic rules of the market, competitive bidding and other basic conditions.Secondly, analysis the present stage the cost of reactive power market, including: power generation side of the reactive power cost and the cost of reactive power grid side. And proposes a new two pricing method for reactive power. One is:to network operating costs as the objective function, the flow equations as equality constraints, operation and transmission capacity constraints as inequality constraints, the established price model of reactive power. The other is:comprehensive cost allocation based on electricity pricing model.Finally, Using MatPower flow calculation tools, compare the various algorithms, choose the combination of PQ decoupled OPF BX law to IEEE 9 node as an example, the Power flow calculated the reactive spot price, and discuss real-time price deficiencies. Using the cost price and cost sharing based on economics Shapley method, Sharing the reactive power to the users.Calculated based on MatPower developed procedures for reactive power pricing method, Using IEEE 9 bus system, and achieved satisfactory results, verifies the new method. |
