Overall Performance Optimization Design And Numerical Simulation Research Of Section Centrifugal Pump Used Coal-fired Plant

Based on the appearing conditions in using of the thermal festival stages multistage centrifugal pump, the paper puts forward to the necessity that overall performance optimization design the centrifugal pump. Then the paper introduce the traditional design methods of centrifugal pump, namely similar conversion method and speed coefficient method, and points out their limitations which are similar conversion method design result is largely dependent on excellent hydraulic model of the technical level. If the excellent hydraulic models are not, new products design will not been able to play. Because the wide coefficient range make the new designer confuse, and the same design parameters may make the different design results by different designer. This paper give a kind of effective design method based on Excel according to actual engineering experience in design.Combined with centrifugal pump influence factors establish sub-goal models of efficiency, resistant cavitations performance, no hump curve and operation scope power overloading objectives in design process. Then using the mathematical programming theory make the models of multi-objective unify one objective function. The paper provides corresponding constraints of unified objective function according to the actual design experience and excellent hydraulic model repository coefficient statistics.The CFD technology becomes a indispensable test design method in the centrifugal pump design, research field with gradual development and improving of analysis, calculation results precision. This paper introduces the entity modeling techniques of section centrifugal pump impeller based on solidwoks software, then analyze the impeller internal flow field using Flow Simulation fluid analysis software.
