This paper focuses on the fuzzy control theory applied to process control in thermal power production and practical problems. First, it introduces the basic principles of the fuzzy controller design method, and then designs the universe, quantitative factor, scaling factor and fuzzy controller which rules can be adjusted. Under different operating condition points and the CFB bed temperature between the amount of fuel as the simulation object model, through a large number of simulation experiments, the problems in Thermal Process control are analyzed. This paper mainly studies in two aspects as follows:(1) A comparative research on fuzzy control and PID controlTaking 300MW Power Plant CFB bed temperature between the fuel quantity and identification model for the study and Through simulation studies to determine the sampling period. In the form of several experiments, This paper analysis the fuzzy control and PID control of the characteristics from the system dynamic performance and static performance.Their results show that the nature of fuzzy control is nonlinear and it has strong adaptability in the changing parameters of the object. Thus proving the robustness of the fuzzy controller is superior to PID. In order to study the effects of disturbance value, the experiment proves the nonlinear characteristics of fuzzy controller.(2) The parameters of fuzzy controller effect on control qualityThrough a large number of simulation experiments to clarify the domain of fuzzy controller, scaling factor, scale factor and other parameters on the impact of control characteristics, and the parameters of the selection method is given, also the design and application of the controller has a very high practical value.(3) Research on the practical application of fuzzy controllerFuzzy control is a system with steadu state error, it can not meet the requirements of non-static error. Through the combined use of fuzzy controller with the integrator, Maintaining the advantages of fuzzy control, but also to meet the requirements of non-static error.By concluded that the cause of PID controller widely used in current industry and a number of fuzzy control issues exist in the thermal control, Pointed out the direction for the future development of fuzzy control theory and application. While the authors put forward some new suggestions on the current theory of fuzzy control.
