Landslide is a geological disaster, during which a part of a rock mass or the whole rock mass on a slope slides downwards along the whole weak plane or a part of the weak plane under the effect of gravity or other external forces. Landslide in the southwestern mountainous area is widely distributed and a large number of railways pass through landslide districts. Landslide disaster causes heavy losses. Subgrade construction risk evaluation on the landslide districts and corresponding risk treatment measurements can greatly reduce engineering accidents and save investment. Therefore, it is highly imperative to timely research a subgrade construction risk evaluation system.Above all, this paper researches main risk events of the rail subgrade in the landslide districts in the southwestern mountainous area, analyzes the influences of each risk event on the safety of railway transport and evaluates the risk level. And to the specific risk event, this paper studies the weight of the influence factors of the risk event and provides a guide for the future survey, design and construction.Secondly, the method of combining the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the expert's graded approach is adopted to focus on the weight of the risk factors of some risk events. Then the weight and the possibility of the risk factors are combined to obtain the main risk factors causing the risk event. At the same time, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate some risk event so as to obtain the risk level and a risk control method and control strategy.By establishing a few landslide model, geotechnical software here is used to analyze the sensitivity of a landslide thrusting force to index change, such as a cohesion, an internal frictional angle, a safety factor, a volume weight of soil and the like. VC++is used for compiling software for a platform. The software is used for calculating the weight of the risk factors and evaluating the risk events, so that it is more convenient and feasible to calculate the weight of the risk factors and evaluate risks.
