After several years of a new bridge any erosion of nature and use, will eventually become an old bridge. Therefore, the dilapidated bridge strengthening and maintenance will be a permanent technical issues, strengthening the old bridge has become a bridge use and renovation construction projects in both the old, and young emerging discipline; Practice has proved that the old bridge inspection, evaluation and reinforcement is both comprehensive complex, and in constant development and innovation, and gradually perfect the technology, but also by the current international civil engineering, one of the hot issues of common concern, is also a bridge-building for sustainable development and an important part of one of the key technologies. Old bridge reinforcement technology is being used for testing old bridges, evaluation, maintenance, technical measures such as strengthening or transformation in general.This dissertation focused on the Weifang Xinhai Rord Xiaoqinghe Bridge disease and the status quo under the bridge, carried out experimental capacity, according to review the calculation of reinforcement and reinforcement of pre-load test results before the proposed bridge reinforcement bonded steel plates, and for strengthening Construction Control program proposed.
