Under the circumstances of great development of economy and industry, the county construction is also being carried out. People's demand for upgrading the quality of nightlife is a factor that we should take into account in county construction. In the speedy progress of urbanization, its scale has been continually expanded, such as, building a great amount of roads, downtowns and uptowns, which includes the construction of light and ecological environment. However, counties (except county-level cities) fall behind relatively in entire consciousness and action. So, regarding the central town of the county as the subject and doing research on county's light environment and management will contribute to its development towards more scientific and harmonious direction.This thesis chooses four typical county seats (according to counties'(except county-level cities) quantitative distribution, choosing one from southern JS, one from central JS, and two from northern JS) as subjects of study, where we take on-the-spot measurements, make investigations and evaluation, getting to know their construction behavior, state of light environment and managemen.The monitoring results show that the average illuminance and luminance uniformity of four counties in the path of varying degrees below the standard. Binhai is the most serious, the roads are basically lower than the standard test. Results of survey are consistent with the monitoring results. Most people think the county road is so dark that impact on traffic travel and the residential areas also are dark.Management survey shows that the system of light environment managemental departerment is complexity, and the management is weak.By analyzing,found that the reasons like lighting planning, design and management is out of touch;be lack of professional persons; inadequate investment in the old city building, caused the light problems.According to these, I made the following recommendations: deepening the reform of light management system; introducing professionals; strengthening cooperation between departments; actively establishing a legal basis for environmental protection departments and so on. |
