Following with coastland development and oceaneering evolution, ports and shipping structure have to bear larger and larger concentrated load, therefore, carrying capacity which is under the concentrated load becomes higher and higher and punching failure becomes typical case in the ports and shipping structures. Ports and shipping structures'carrying capacity reduces for corrosion which is caused by seawater and atmosphere factors. FRP rebars have high strength, corrosion resisting, light quality and antifatique performance. Adopting FRP rebars can reduce corrosion influence. At present, study on FRP-concrete structure is less than reinforced concrete structure. This paper studies FRP rebar two-way concrete slab's punching performance using nonlinear FEM program and adopt 20-node isoparametric element and unitary FEM model. The concrete constitutive relation applies E—v full dose model in the non-linear elastic theory. The concrete failure criterion is Ottosen 4-parameter formula which is improved by JIANJINGJIANG. After coMParing discrete crack model with smeared crack model, this adopts smeared crack model. FRP rebar two-way concrete slab's punching performance and failure types are summed up after coMParing analysis result with experiment result. It manifests that analysis result coincides experiment result well. Analysis procedure is reasonable.
