Production Design And Cost Accounting System Research Of Bivouac Housing

With the growing of AutoCAD software features, coupled with its versatility, convenience and flexibility characteristics, it has been widely used in machinery, construction, decoration, GIS, mining and other fields, camping room manufacturers is no exception. With the time accumulate day by day, camping room manufacturers holds more and more of electronic drawings, which makes the storage, query and manage a lot of inconvenience. In the meantime, a wide variety of the raw materials of camping room make materials organization, cost accounting a very complicated task.With the above problems, this paper propose a new idea, that is merge the camping room design and costing of production with one system, which can achieve the generation of camping room design drawings and cost accounting functions.By Visual Basic as a development platform built with SQL Server back-end database, type-in the raw material procurement information into a database, create a repository of raw materials procurement; processing the AutoCAD file format graphic data into SQL Server database files, create a drawing template library. According to the different needs of the customer on the chamber, the structure, the Housing Group and its water, electricity, air conditioning and other ancillary facilities to from the template library to quickly retrieve the most matching customer needs with CAD drawings. Drawings of the retrieved to be modified to fully meet customer demand drawings. To extract the resulting data of the drawings and create corresponding database which information base is associated with the purchase of raw materials, and finally make the production cost accounting of camping room.
