Engine and transmission matching quality level directly affect the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the whole vehicle. At present the vehicle performance, system matching work in OEMs and motor plants at home and abroad becomes more and more attention, more meticulous and specialized. Using the vehicle performance simulation of vehicle and matching design with a lot of road test model data, can greatly improve vehicle matching design prophase compliance, and effectively shorten product launch cycle. Based on the motorcycle as the research object, this paper consists of the study of vehicle performance, theory and simulation for centrifugal ball-type CVT .This paper mainly working contents as follows:①Before the study vehicle performance, first determine the dynamics of economic performance evaluation. During the simulation and experimental research, mainly in the power of a bus full of index cases, the maximum speed, acceleration gear row starting spot, direct file acceleration and maximum climbing degree; major evaluation of the economic indicators bus of full different circumstances stall speed constant driving fuel consumption per hundred kilometers, and driving cycle fuel consumption.②According to the physical structure, establishing the model and the correct signal connection in between each module.
