| Nan-fu road which is open to traffic at December 17 in 2009 indicates that county highway construction project is established. That is to say, thirty-six county boundary networking highways which mileage amounts to more than 2500 kilometers are all activated in Chongqing. These highways which connect with about 70% villages and towns of Chongqing bring convenient trip for more than 25 millions people and notably promote regional economic and social development. However, that is no time to delay how prevents and reduces traffic accident today.This paper roots in Chongqing natural science fund project"Study on early warning method of Chongqing county highway traffic accidents". Both safety condition and accident characteristic of Chongqing county highway traffic are surveyed and analysed. Meanwhile, the influence factors of county highway traffic safety are analysed in detail from person, car, road environment. Further, early warning system of county highway traffic accidents is structured. Early warning index of county highway traffic accidents is choosed as reliability. Early warning degree and warning limit interzone standard for county highway are proposed. Meanwhile, evaluation index system of county highway traffic safety is founded. County highway safety is evaluated by overall evaluation model. So county highway traffic reliability is confirmed as early warning index value. According to it, early warning limit region gives relevant early warning. Emergency-handling plan is proposed by character and early warning requirement of county highway traffic safety in Chongqing. A county highway in Chongqing is choose to prove applicability and reliability of above method in this paper.This paper could provide theory and technical support for Chongqing county highway traffic safety management. Meanwhile, it could affect in prevention and cure traffic accidents and structuring"Safety Chongqing". |
