Nonlinear vibration of turbine is one of the main reasons for rotor system instability, which directly affect the unit's safety and economic running. Get the failure characteristics, and monitor the work status of unit by monitoring the unit and the signal vibration, and analyzing and processing the failure signal.The thesis made more thorough analysis on the causes and vibration characteristics of rubbing, and have achieved the vibration signal Hilbert-Huang transform analysis based on MATLAB programming language. rotor normal work and rotor mild touch grinding, rotor serious touch grinding three conditions have been simulated using Bently-RK4 rotor vibration test bench. By analyzing the three different vibration signal, the correctness and experimental feasibility of the program has been tested. According to the actual fault of site units, the vibration signal has been obtained and analyzed. The result is correct, it is very helpful for the practical application, and it is also further validated the correctness and site feasibility. In the thesis the general processing method for steam flow induced vibration has been summarized through the analysis for causes and vibration characteristic of the steam flow induced vibration. The actual fault has been handled, and achieved a good results. |
