Research Of On-line Vibration Monitoring System On Stator End Windings Of Turbo-generator

By analyzing the currently vibration of turbo-generator stator end windings working condition monitor methods and the research of the stator end windings, this paper designed a suit of the vibration of turbo-generator stator windings on-line monitoring system, which can achieve real-time vibration data acquisition, display, storage, analysis, alarm and trend analysis. This paper mainly focused on data acquisition, transmission system and data analysis system based on LabVIEW8.5 and SQL Server2000 database.This paper firstly introduces the structure character of stator end windings, and analyzes the endured force and the prnciple of the second harmonic vibration, and gets the vibration condition of the stator end windings and the harm to turbo-generator, then build an online moniroring system structure, The FOA-100 fiber acceleration pick-up sensor and the RuiBoHua RBH8351 collection card as the core of the data acquisition and transmission system are used to complete the multi-channel parallel acquisition, transmission. PC can communicate with the collection card to get the data through the USB interface; Finally, The vibration characteristics can be analyzed by the back-up processing software, which has the functions of signal sampling and pre-processing, real-time parameter set, on-line alarm, time-domain and frequency-domain analysis, vibration trend analysis, data examination and so on. The achievements are full of theory reference value and active meaning for the vibration of turbo-generator stator windings, meanwhile, it also offers a new idea for the on-line monitoring of this kind of faults.
