In 2005 ,the European Union added The 2005/618/EC in the form of the resolution .The WEEE Directive and RoHS Directive provided that 102 categories products was concluded in the management of Restriction and recovery of the Hazardous Substances. The two Directives includes most of the electronic products, electrical equipment, medical equipment, communications equipment, security products and information products, not only machine in a variety of these products, but also machine parts, raw materials and foreign Packages used for the production. According to the latest data of the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, In the first quarter of 2004, Chinese electromechanical products export shared 55% in Chinese export. The EU has become the major markets of Chinese electromechanical products export.Countries around the world reacted strongly to the RoHS directive and show a high degree of concern. China is a big manufacturing country and exports power, seventy percent of the total exports is related to the RoHS directive, since 2004, China's electronics industry has develop materials, processes and terminology basic standards.In order to make Chinese exports of electromechanical products meeting the RoHS directive film standards, we need test the products which will be export .Now RoHS detection equipment often use X fluorescence spectrometer, the sample needs to be placed on the sample stage when detection with this instrument. By moving the sample stage we can test the samples. At present , the sample stage is generally high costs or too complex to operated or other shortcomings. Therefore, according to X ray fluorescence analyzer, we can design a sample stage that can move freely in three dimensions to achieve the sample observations. The system has broad application prospects and Practical significance.This paper used the microcontroller technology as the master chip by its stable and mature performance,using CPLD us the interface to control the motor to complete a certain logic conversion ,and using the linear characteristics of the stepper motor to design sample stage with the sample stage current status. The sample stage we designed can achieve high accuracy, high speed, long life, high degree of automation, to achieve accurate measurement of the sample.The design can be applied to various areas for the sample observation. operation complexity will be reduced, observation accuracy will be improved and costs can be reduced. |
